I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. He's always on time, is extremely thorough in his work and absolutely no mess! He also gave us advise when he first came about the fuels we burn, to ensure our log burner is efficient and also to ensure that the flue liner lasts as long as possible. Today he also gave us an information leaflet about burning efficiently and reducing air pollution. We have always found Rob to be friendly, reliable, knowledgable, timely and professional. He picked up on the fact that our woodturning stove had been installed incorrectly and wasn't safe and so we were able to contact the original installer to come and re fit it. We are so grateful to Rob for picking this up and we use him every year for our yearly sweep. Would highly recommend.
